Have you ever imagined being a Japanese voice actor, doing voice-over of Hollywood stars’ lines? We will give you a chance to challenge yourself in the world of voice acting!
In this exciting workshop, professionals from Japan Visualmedia Translation Academy (JVTA) will instruct you to talk like Japanese actors using scenes from popular Hollywood movies and recording tools.
This workshop does not require Japanese language ability. Whether you are a beginner with zero experience, or an advanced-level speaker, all are welcome.
Come join us as we dive into the world of Japanese voice over!

**The registration is required for this event. However, please note that seating is not guaranteed and it is on first come first serve basis. Doors will open at 6:30pm.
Seira Gaylor is the General Manager at Japan Visualmedia Translation Academy – Los Angeles. After working at a global apparel company in Japan which utilized her bilingual skills, she enrolled in JVTA Los Angeles’s visual media translation classes. She now works on developing programs for subtitling, dubbing, interpretation, and practical English proficiency as well as providing hands-on guidance for students.
