Los Angeles-based Face Yoga (yes, it’s a real thing) Instructor Koko Hayashi will teach you how to stretch and tone up your face muscles for a more healthy and youthful look while having fun along the way. About instructor:

Born, grown up in Hokkaido, Japan, and moved to the States 2017, Koko Hayashi has been practicing Face Yoga, as a natural solution to regain youthful appearance, over a decade and launched Face Yoga with Koko in 2019. Her class was selected #1 popular yoga class at The Yoga Expo Los Angeles 2019, and she has gained celebrity clients such as Kim Kardashian. Her YouTube has more than 100,000 subscribers and media appearances include "Keeping Up With The Kardashians", "Little Women LA" and "Magic for Human" (Netflix) etc.
