Taiji (Taiga) adored his beautiful mother Mitsuko (Yoshida) when he was a kid, but she was emotionally unstable and deluged him with physical and verbal abuse. He left home at age 17, but he resolves to face her again after realizing that as an adult his love for her still continues.
