The Japan Foundation, Los Angeles, is delighted to support the TABLE FOR TWO 2024 Onigiri Action campaign. This year marks the 10th anniversary of Onigiri Action. To celebrate this special occasion, we are inviting Moe, a.k.a. Kimono Mom (former Geisha, founder, and current host of the cooking show "Kimono Mom's Kitchen")! She will demonstrate how to make simple onigiri using traditional methods, starting from washing and cooking the rice, while discussing her love for Japanese home cooking and her efforts to educate international audiences about Japanese food.
